Having a pair of oof and the piece of rubber between the toe of my flip-flop just popped off

Was wearing my flip-flops and my ankle turned, and it just broke off, but these are expensive flip-flops, and I'm hoping that you will replace them as I do love my shoes. I am shocked that being rubber, it just snapped right off.

One size seven is not a size 7 even though they both say W7. I can not wear these expensive flip flops becsuse one is too large. I have several other oofos and loved them until the company go too big and you can no longer talk to a real person unless u give your cc info..!!!
